Camp de Mar is a small bay in the municipality of Andratx, known for its island restaurant reached by a footbridge and for villas on the surrounding hillsides, many with sea views. Golf de Andratx is next to the village.
It is quiet and residential, with Port d'Andratx a few minutes away and Palma about half an hour by motorway.
Check that the house, pool and any extensions match what is registered in the Land Registry and Catastro and that they have the correct licences. If rental income matters, confirm whether the villa holds a valid holiday rental (ETV) licence; it does not transfer automatically on sale.
