Another product of Sóller known and demanded to intenacional level is the red prawn, this year sees recognized its quality by the celebration of its own food fair. Its bright red color, its brilliance, sea aroma and delicious intense flavor are indisputable sign of freshness.

The “I Fira de la Gamba de Sóller” is held annually on the first weekend of March. It is an event promoted by the City Hall event.The Fair will be held in the municipal market will feature the participation of 10 chefs to develop tapas tasting with prawn as the main element.
