The real estate market in Mallorca has experimented a large change since 2007 , from being the property prices at its maximum level in the history of Majorca to a strong reduction until 2011. Now seems that prices are stable and increasing considerably in prime areas like Port Andratx, Pollensa or Palma’s Old city Centre (old Town).

Here, at Vogue Properties we can confirm that our sales statistics have experimented a strong recovery, with more inquiries, showings, and finally sales. The medium property price range in Pollensa is 600.000 Euros, and 800.000 Euros in the southwest areas like Puerto de Andratx or Soller.

We must say, however, that the recent increase of sales has been determined by the international investors worldwide who have seen the price drop and consequently have taken advantage of the good value of properties in Mallorca right now.

Germans are very strong buying with high discount expectations but reasonable when the locations are prime like seafront or frontline beach positions. However, the housing prices are now much more stable than 10 months ago, and sellers are not as desperate as before.
