Llucalcari is a small town, also known as the Lane (es Carrer). It is a tiny little village on the edge of the Serra de Tramuntana. Definitely worth seeing are the three defense towers and a pretty chapel in the center.

The property is located on the coast of the Serra de Tramuntana, about three kilometers from Deià in the direction of Sóller. Located at 85 meters altitude, it belongs to the municipality of Deià, the village consists of twenty buildings that represent one of the most idyllic images of Mallorca.

From Llucalcari you can reach the finca via an old stone staircase, which leads down between terraces with olive trees and pines to Canyaret. The bay has small stones and rocks and is very popular for its clear water.
