The Locations

The western region of Mallorca is dominated by the Serra de Tramuntana, whichstretches along the northwest coast of the island, from Andratx in the west to CapeFormentor. Here in the west, the coast is steep and has very few beaches, this iswhere Mallorca's non-plus-ultra landscape presents itself: the "wild west" with itsbreath-taking scenery and one of the most competitive and impressive routes in Europe. A sportsman’s paradise and dream come true!

The largest town in the western region is Sóller. This town sits in a large, semi-circlevalley that also includes the villages Fornalutx, Biniaraix and Binibassí. A town housefor sale in Sóller is one of the most sought-after property options on the island and theygenerally have a very handsome price-tag! Little Fornalutx is regularly voted one of themost beautiful villages in Spain, and due to its size, the market for a house for salehere is very limited and they are snapped up immediately when they appear on thesales market.
