\nThe Fira del Fang began in 1984 with the aim of supporting the potters and enhance the identity of the town as a municipality with a great tradition in ceramics. This event discloses the historical and cultural past of Marratx\u00ed, Mallorca and out as specializing in traditional pottery village.<\/p>\n

The main objective is to promote ceramics as a profession and support craft enterprises in general and particularly local, so they can continue the tradition inherited, often, from generation to generation and in recent years has been renovated and has become into fashion in the exterior and interior decoration of the most impressive houses and villas in Mallorca.
\nUndoubtedly, the fair has become a point of reference in the Mallorcan landscape craftsman and has established itself as one of the cultural and festive events .In the latest editions over 70 artisans exhibit and sell their work at the Fira del Fang.
